    Some small cosmetic tweaks
    
    * Fix compiler warnings:
    
    - Missing return value in annotation-testing code
    
    - Fix two function declarations to have a (void) parameter list --
      this is not C++ ;-)
    
    * Add tools/g-ir-scanner to .gitignore, as it's now generated
