[gvfs] Use AM_SLIENT_RULES for clearer compile output

    Use AM_SLIENT_RULES for clearer compile output
    
    To get the old behaviour with lots of compiler spew just use
    "make V=1". Remove the libtool --slient hack since that is not
    needed anymore (fixes bug 586729).
