    Bump version to 0.8.1 and update news
    
    * configure.ac (AC_INIT): Increment version number to 0.8.1.  Change
    the address for reporting bugs to GNOME Bugzilla, product mm-common.
    * NEWS: Write news entry for the upcoming mm-common 0.8.1 release.
