[pygobject] Replace autogen.sh by a newer version

commit b426e531dc53d4b50e572a2da19733479635e662
Author: Simon van der Linden <svdlinden gnome org>
Date: Thu Aug 12 18:09:33 2010 +0200

Replace autogen.sh by a newer version

It pulls automake 1.10 or 1.11.
    Greatly inspired from GLib's.
