[gtk+] Updates to the compose-parse.py script

commit a152f7360ddb4224580c8c2ce8d708c1e9e33c9b
Author: Matthias Clasen <mclasen redhat com>
Date: Tue Mar 9 02:12:33 2010 -0500

    Updates to the compose-parse.py script

Get gdkkeysyms.h from git, instead of the outdated copy from svn.
Get Unicode 5.2.0 data. Fix a few issues with missing keysyms in
keysyms.txt. Make the filtering of non-BMP keysyms work.
