    Check for base GStreamer plugins.
    
    Check for gstreamer-plugins-base-0.10 instead of gstreamer-0.10, since
    we use the "playbin" plugin.  gstreamer-0.10 is a requirement for the
    plugins, so it will still get pulled in.
