[Banshee.MediaEngine] Don't set volume on each track start.
We can rely on the PlayerEngine to set its volume correctly on start up,
and when the volume is changed PlayerEngineService sets the volume of all
PlayerEngines. There's no need to additionally set the volume on each track
start.
