    *.csproj fixes for building on windows
    
    Updated hintpaths to point to bin/ instead of winbin/. Removed all
    MonoPosixHelper references. Added necessary <DefineConstants> and
    <AllowUnsafeBlocks> instructions to be able to build in MonoDevelop.
