[krb5-auth-dialog] Drop gtksecentry

commit cda21c8444b0f4e7096a0a5415faef9e19b43ee9
Author: Guido Günther <agx sigxcpu org>
Date: Tue Oct 5 16:28:09 2010 +0200

    Drop gtksecentry

Use our own entry buffer using the secmem functions but derived from
GtkEntryBuffer instead. This fixes the build with GTK+ 3 and gets us the
unicode and input method handling for free.
