[eog] Add translator context and comment to a split sentence

    Add translator context and comment to a split sentence
    
    The sentence has a GtkSpinButton injected in the middle making it
    difficult to translate for some languages, as one part of the label
    could end up empty. This adds translation contexts to the labels to
    avoid possible ambiguities and an expaining comment.
