commit 4007449a58822fee531b8f6ec99a966d8fab3f54
Author: Rob Bradford <rob linux intel com>

application: Correct the fallback definition for gtk_application_end_session

itself.
This broke the build on platforms that don't have an implmentation of these
functions.
