Fix various problems with "make dist"
* tree.c: missing documentation for xmlBufferDetach
* doc/symbols.xml: add two new symbols xmlTextReaderRelaxNGValidateCtxt
and xmlBufferDetach
* doc/apibuild.py: ignore internal header xzlib.h
