Use a 0.8 instead of 1.2 sized test window for Argyll

Currently GNOME Color Manager start argyll's test window at a fairly large
size. However this obscures a lot of screen real-estate on smaller displays
(think netbooks, etc), making GCM's dialog hard to operate.
