    Use configure for vala-bootstrap, not autogen.sh
    
    vala-bootstrap's `autogen.sh` doesn't automatically run `configure`,
    so the build breaks for lack of a `Makefile`.ÂIn addition,
    vala-bootstrap already includes `configure`, so `autogen.sh` isn't
    necessary.
