    libtracker-common: Use space if the artist name is not known
    
    This is to follow the following spec:
    https://wiki.gnome.org/MediaArtStorageSpec#Identifiers
    
    Space will be the fallback if the artist name is unknown.
    
    Fixes GB#705834
