[polari] ui: Don't set CellRenderers for entry completion

ui: Don't set CellRenderers for entry completion

gtk_entry_completion_set_text_column() has always taken care of setting
up the correct GtkCellRenderer automatically; however setting the
GtkEntryCompletion:text-column didn't use to call that functions in
older GTK+ versions, so setting up the cell renderer was still necessary
    for use with GtkBuilder.
This issue has been fixed recently, so we no longer need this.
