    Help: Delete misc-key-import.page
    
    Delete the misc-key-import.page and instead migrate content into two
    pages pgp-import and ssh-import. Though both pages have similar content,
    they must be written separately so that they can cater to their
    individual sections and also because the misc-key section needs to be
    scrapped.
