Gtk::SearchEntry: Add handle_event() and new signals
* gtk/src/searchbar.hg: Correct the description of the constructor.
* gtk/src/searchentry.hg: Add handle_event(), signal_next_match(),
signal_previous_match(), signal_stop_search().
