Gio::SocketService: Update the class documentation
* gio/src/socketservice.hg: The documentation of GSocketService has been
slightly modified. Modify the documentation of Gio::SocketService accordingly.
Fix the indentation.
Noticed in connection with bug #766151, but not a bug fix.
