    app: keep focus on the quit dialog when saving.
    
    Otherwise the quit dialog is still in front yet it has no focus and
    one doesn't see this immediately.
    Hitting ctrl-d to exit and ignore any subsequent files for instance
    duplicates the current active image instead.
