    Switch meta-oe to the krogoth branch
    
    We need to have a matching version of meta-oe to the base layer, or
    we get problems with python builds - errors because HOST_SYS and
    BUILD_SYS aren't set during the build.
    
    Remove our local python-six recipe, since meta-oe includes a working
    recipe for a newer version. (1.10 vs. 1.9)
