[gtk+] entry: get_icon_area returns in entry coordinates

    entry: get_icon_area returns in entry coordinates
    
    This fixes the popover positions in the gtk4-demo/popovers, and it also
    just makes sense. Also document what the returned coordinates are
    relatiev to.
