    flatpak: Don't crash on startup
    
    The --enable-minimal stomps over the effects of --enable-miner-fs.
    
    Fallout from bbbf31ac60f557e3dbfdb8c959d8c102caf10158 and reverts part
    of dd3859064eec1ec8d423df385f87d1185cdcfc79
