[gnome-continuous] Update the config-opts for gnome-shell-extensions

    Update the config-opts for gnome-shell-extensions
    
    gnome-shell-extensions has migrated to meson by also removing
    autotools.
    
    This patch replaces the option used by autotools by its equivalent
    in meson.
