    news: set up hopeful date of 2017-12-13 for GIMP 2.9.8 release.
    
    This way at least, the news will show in drafts for us to review its
    published/styled form.
    We were planning a release for today, but that's probably too optimistic
    considering most contributors work late at night! :P
    Let's hope we'll at least stick by this date!
