    bitbake: bb/cooker: BBCooker stops notifier at shutdown
    
    At end of  BBCooker needs to release fd's associated with pyinotify
    watchers to  avoid: Too many open files (EMFILE) error in different
    scenarios like several instances of tinfoil.
