    bitbake: bitbake-user-manual: Updated INHERIT descriptions
    
    Fixes [YOCTO #11498]
    
    Enhanced the glossary description for the INHERIT variable to give more
    detail and to cross-reference the reader back into the Chapter 3
    section describing its use.
