[latexila] Rename to GNOME LaTeX: remove data/images/app/

    Rename to GNOME LaTeX: remove data/images/app/
    
    The logo contains the text "LaTeXila".
    The screenshots can be removed in 2018, it doesn't make a big difference
    for just a few days.
