[gnome-photos] Instantiate ThumbnailFactory right after MainWindow is created

    Instantiate ThumbnailFactory right after MainWindow is created
    
    This will ensure that the GDBusServer in the application is ready to
    accept connections from the thumbnailer. Requests to generate
    thumbnails start once we return to the main loop.
