    Revert "manifest.json: Build master of enchant instead a tarball"
    
    This reverts commit 9ff8e60ce16a3b670b0be00e8a78cea45be0db7b.
    
    master needs gnulib and fails to clone the repo as there is no
    network connection in the build environment:
    http://build.gnome.org/continuous/buildmaster/builds/2017/02/18/48/build/log-enchant.txt
