    DocumentTab: do not reparent document_view
    
    TeplTab doesn't reparent the view, so don't do that in DocumentTab, to
    reduce the delta between DocumentTab and TeplTab.
    
    The only place where it was used was for the DocumentsMoveToNewWindow
    GtkAction.
