    Drop Seahorse
    
    Given its current state of disrepair; the fact that in the past year it
    has seen only one non-translation related commit; the fact that the code
    base is in Vala but it hasn't been keeping up with changes in the
    language for the past two years; it's high time we dropped Seahorse from
    the Continuous build.
