    polari documentation: minor grammar edits to documentation
    
    Minor edits patches in Bug 722498.  Expand IRC to Internet Relay Chat in introduction.page and 
description.  Remove adverb (perfectly), a comma and via in the Polari description. Sentence now reads:  
"<app>Polari</app> is a simple Internet Relay Chat (IRC) client which integrates with the GNOME desktop and 
enables you to chat with people around the world through large chatrooms or private messaging."
