[nautilus] libgd: move submodule to a subdirectory

    libgd: move submodule to a subdirectory
    
    Meson looks for subprojects in subprojects/ by default. Since Autotools
    is no longer a resident here, the submodule should be moved to the
    subdirectory, instead of being linked to.
