[gtk+/wip/matthiasc/kill-event-signals: 36/58] Drop ::proximity-in-event and ::proximity-out-event

commit c6437fbc1b0a4ed4607a7232cdae170cb7d1a84f
Author: Matthias Clasen <mclasen redhat com>
Date:   Mon Jan 1 17:18:30 2018 -0500

    Drop ::proximity-in-event and ::proximity-out-event

    These are unused in GTK+, and are not very common.
    If you need to catch these events, the generic ::event
    signal still works.
