ci: Use default Fedora Rawhide docker image
While tracker meson build breaks with 0.46.x (x=1 at least), our
custom "latest" image is stuck in the past and ships that meson.
Use the default images so it's actually self-updating for free
and CI is fixed because it ships with meson >= 0.48.0 which is
good for us.
