[glib: 13/19] signals: Use g_assert_*() in signals tests rather than g_assert()

commit fb5cd1828f14173bb1eb65f019d98204f613c25d
Author: Philip Withnall <withnall endlessm com>
Date: Tue Nov 12 20:19:51 2019 +0000

signals: Use g_assert_*() in signals tests rather than g_assert()

It provides more useful output on failure, and isn’t compiled out when
    building with `G_DISABLE_ASSERT`.
