    app: in GimpTransformGridTool, fix layer hiding
    
    In GimpTransformGridTool, when the "show-preview" tool-option
    changes, don't take the transform validity into account when
    deciding whether to hide the current layer -- it should only affect
    the visibility of the preview, not the layer.
