allView: Redisplay on folder changes
Now that redisplaying is a lightweight operation that only
adds and removes what changed, we don't need to just refilter
the app icons in AllView when a folder changes.
In fact, in the future, redisplaying when folder changes will
be a requirement.
Call _redisplay() in AllView when folders change.
