gsettings-schema: Lower default max search results

Change the default number of geocoding search
results from 100 to 20. This reduces the server
load, and also should make rendering the list
more responsive when there are many results.
With search-as-you-type it should be sufficent
with a lower number, as it's easier to refine
    a search on-the-fly.
