[gtk/wip/matthiasc/popup5: 41/109] surface: Remove abs_x/abs_y

commit 5d17f7756fb26d6bc4550afa106c386bbfe43d07
Author: Matthias Clasen <mclasen redhat com>
Date: Sun Mar 24 15:42:32 2019 -0400

    surface: Remove abs_x/abs_y

We no longer have child windows, so the offset is
    always 0.
