    Remove the 91-nonzero-translation.svg test
    
    This fucking file's rendering frequently changes subtly.  I hope I'm
    not just sticking my head in the ground by deleting it; we already
    have other tests for things that break when the initial transformation
    matrix has a translation component, so I *hope* we can safely remove
    this test.
