    WebkitGTK: Disable automatic workaround for Cortex A53 bug
    
    * The bug was fixed in GCC 4.9 branch
    * The work-around does not compile properly anymore
    * Doing CPU detection breaks reproducibility
    
    Work-around comes from: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=138315
