[sysprof/wip/chergert/mem-preload] memprof: start on visualizer

commit b00d504d4940dc05c514dfd917c0b2ddc3e2b466
Author: Christian Hergert <chergert redhat com>
Date: Thu Feb 6 12:26:58 2020 -0800

    memprof: start on visualizer

and scale the results until our next sized draw comes in (such as from
    changing zoom level).
