[gnome-software: 2/8] tests: Use g_assert_*() instead of g_assert() in core tests

commit b91ef020197501cd44abae4af16280aa93c302ef
Author: Philip Withnall <pwithnall endlessos org>
Date: Tue Dec 7 16:04:58 2021 +0000

tests: Use g_assert_*() instead of g_assert() in core tests

`g_assert()` is compiled out when GLib is built with `G_DISABLE_ASSERT`,
which would render our tests useless. `g_assert_*()` are not, and give
    more informative failure messages.
