    doap: Jacob Boerema is now a co-maintainer of this repository.
    
    As discussed and proposed on the gimp-developer mailing list and IRC;
    and approved by Marco Ciampa, Michael Natterer and myself obviously. :-)
    
    Other co-maintainers stayed silent for 10 days, which can be considered
    as agreeing.
