[gimp-web] content: update news and sponsors page.

commit bd22e01ff67a79d48d1781cdc3fbdceb90be6c9b
Author: Jehan <jehan girinstud io>
Date: Wed Oct 6 01:05:35 2021 +0200

content: update news and sponsors page.

    - Better description for the "Past Sponsors" section (old contents of
the sponsors page, from a long time ago, and we don't really know
anymore how or what listed orgs/people sponsored exactly).
    - Date update for the news (publication today).
    - Change a "GNOME infrastructure team" and "GNOME-verified" wordings
without "GNOME" because now I was also given some rights to
participate/help with the process. So more generic wording is better.
    - Clearer explanation of the recent changes (clear procedure and more
verification for trustworthy file access, both with speed and safety).
    - Removing donation button for our crowdfunding and the "We remind" part
which is maybe a bit too much. Just leave some links within the text.
    - Various wording updates and tweaks.
    - Draft status removed.

Thanks to Patrick David and Liam for their feedbacks.
