Allow conversion to hdr formats
Add conversion functions that produce
GDK_MEMORY_R32G32B32A32_PREMULTIPLIED data,
since we want to allow downloading textures
in that format. We make use of the new chaining
abilities here to cut down on the number of
conversion functions.
