[gnome-text-editor] desktop: work around DBusActivatable issue

    desktop: work around DBusActivatable issue
    
    When DBusActivatable=true, applications might spawn the application as a
    D-Bus service, then call and RPC to open the file. That breaks the
    --file-forwarding in Flatpak.
    
    For now, just disable it so we get the right thing.
