[libxml2] Remove regressions.py from Makefile.am

    Remove regressions.py from Makefile.am
    
    This patch removes regressions.py and regressions.xml from Makefile.am.
    These files were removed in 5ec1ef1c and since they are still in
    Makefile.am, it causes "make dist-all" to fail.
